Bluffs Fitness Scarborough! 

Classes are currently running virtually or outside at Scarborough Heights Park, 27 Fishleigh Drive at Midland and Kingston Road in Scarborough. 

Have a group of friends that are looking for a fun, safe and effective workout? No problem! Classes are set at a time and date that works best for everyone. 

AND IT'S SIMPLE! 

  • 10/person with a minimum of 5 participants

  • Only want one class? totally fine! there's no contract for a certain number of classes here. 

  • Want a virtual workout but you don't have equipment? That's okay, I have alternatives that can work!

"Bootcamp" is a scary word and it intimidated me.  My sister and I agreed we wanted to improve our health and fitness but we were hesitant due to feeling of intimidation. We thought all the participants at a "Bootcamp" would be super-fit, super-human sculpted beings who would make us feel we were in the wrong place. Boy were we wrong! Janice, welcomed us with open arms to a non judgmental atmosphere of friendly faces, knowledge and fun fitness in the great outdoors that has left us coming back week after week for 3 seasons now. Whether new to your fitness journey or at an intermediate level, I highly recommend this class and if your fitness is a priority.
