Bluffs Outdoor Bootcamp: Starts Wednesday, May 12th, 2021! Classes are offered in the evening from 7-8pm and run on a drop in basis. No cards, no fuss, just pay as you go $10/class.
Pop-Up Group Virtual Fitness!
I am currently running pop up virtual fitness classes that include cardio kickboxing, HIIT and circuit training!
Pop-up Fee: $5
Private or Semi-Private Virtual Fitness
Private or semi-private fitness classes are available at a time and date that works best for both of us!
Private Class Fees: $ 40/hour (incl)
I offer a variety of different options to make working out feel less like a chore. You will get a fun, effective, safe and affordable workout that will keep you interested, motivated and feeling encouraged.
Whether you are looking for group, personal, semi private, workplace, school or community wellness, you're in the right place!
Modifications for exercises will be shown to offer a lower intensity workout or a higher intensity workout.
Workouts can include:
HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training ) - A form of cardiovascular exercise alternating periods or short intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods that help improve glucose metabolism and fat burning.
Circuits - Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. The circuit comprises of 6 to 10 strength exercises that are completed one after another. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time before moving on to the next exercise.
